Former Bosso player dies

Nkiwane, who played for Highlanders as a central defender before joining Bossos juniors coaching department. Born on January 4, 1982, Nkiwane attended JW Mthimkhulu primary school before proceeding to St Bernard’s school and Mzilikazi high school. ?

He played for several lower league teams before joining Highlanders juniors. He later graduated to the senior squad, playing alongside the likes of Gift Lunga, Thulani Ncube, Dazzy Kapenya, Simon Sibanda, Abraham Mbambo and Noel Kaseke.

He won three league championships with Bossso before a cruel injury ended his promising playing career at the age of 20.
